Bill founded Global Validators, Inc. after more than thirty years of experience in the consulting, metals, chemicals/plastics and information systems industries. He spent ten years with Hewlett Packard Company serving automotive industry accounts and as worldwide manager.
Bill has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an M.B.A. from Michigan State University Advanced Management Program. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, a senior member of the American Society for Quality and a lifetime member APQO Asia Pacific Quality Organization.
