Philippines to host the 10th APQO International Conference to coincide with the PSQ's national Conference forum in 2004.
NETWORKING
Set up of new APQO Website by January.
Provide question and answer service through the website.

Formalize agreement with ETQM College, United Arab Emirates.
Establish formal relationships with other organizations worldwide.
Establish relationship between APQO and APEC.
Establish communication through attendance in conferences.
BUDGET
Work with Bill Gates on a project that will promote quality, communication and improvement of economy and standard of living.
AWARDS
Establish a President's Outstanding Contribution Award.
Establish the "Miflora Gatchalian" Award.
POLICY
Finalize the Apqo Policy.
