Ms. Zenaida T. Veloso is presently the Lead Assessor for the Philippine Quality Award (PQA),which is the same as the Baldrige Award of the USA, for four cycles. Chairperson of PQA Committee of PSQI(1998 to 2000), whose main duty is to administer Phil.Quality Award for private sector.

United Polyresin; 12 copra meal / pellet producers for export to Netherlands, e.g. Interco, CIIF Plants, POMs Ventures Copra plants, New Leyte Oil Mills, Iligan Coconut Oil Mfg., etc.
